Ordering
Ordering is easy - just follow the two easy steps below:
- Proceed to make payment to our DBS bank account within 48 hours of our confirmation email. We will send you another email to confirm our receipt of payment and delivery information (i.e. parcel tracking details, estimated date of delivery etc.)
Delivery
Your item will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2 to 4 working days of our receipt of payment. Delivery is by registered post (for orders weighing 3 kg and below) or by local courier (for orders exceeding 3 kg).
We charge a flat delivery fee of S$5 regardless of the weight of the item(s) ordered or enjoy free delivery for orders above S$50.
Terms and Conditions
- Please make payment within 48 hours of our confirmation email to secure your order. We reserve the right to release the item for sale to the next interested buyer if payment is not received within the aforesaid period.
- Once an order has been confirmed, no cancellation of orders is permitted.
- We do not accept any reservation of items.
- Items sold are not returnable or exchangeable, except in the event of wrong shipment of order.
- We are not be liable to the customer for items lost or damaged in transit to the customer's address as delivery is handled by a third party (i.e. SingPost or a reputable courier company). Items are in transit to the customer once they are dropped off at the post office or picked up by the courier company from our premises. In such event, we will use our best endeavours to assist the customer in seeking appropriate redress from SingPost or the courier company (as the case may be).
